The printer worked absolutely fine (photocopy, scanning, printing) though only Black and white for moderate home use, till 1st July’2020!!! Color cart – original, empty from a long time. The printer has Black cart – compatible, DIY refilled. Thereafter, I never refilled the original cartridge, and left the empty cartridge in the printer. In total, 3 compatible cart has been bought over 7 years.Ģ) The color cartridge was refilled once after the original exhausted. This also worked for many years and is fine even now. Thereafter, I bought a compatible low cost cartridge from local market and used it again multiple times by DIY refilling.
I have an inkjet 3in1 Canon Pixma MP287 (bought in 2013).ġ) After the original Black cartridge exhausted, I refilled it with the DIY kit for about 7-8 times more, till it died and stopped giving out ink. If you’re still having trouble, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to look at this in more depth for you. This should have resolved your Canon Pixma Error Message problem!
For example, the cartridge may not be inserted properly into your machine, or you may have excess dirt or ink on one of the cartridges which could prevent the printer from being able to read it effectively.Īdditionally, the error messages could appear if you’re trying to use a remanufactured cartridge. Recently we’ve had a couple of our customers ask us about such an error message with their Canon Pixma inkjet printers, specifically the E04, E05, E14 and E15 error messages.Įssentially, these Canon Pixma error messages appear when your Pixma printer is having problems recognising one or more of the cartridges inside it. There’s nothing quite like an unsolicited Canon Pixma error message when it comes to printers to make you want to either scratch your head in confusion or launch one of your limbs at a nearby wall.
